Glo keeps deducting my credit!! I don't make the mistake of leaving credit because they'll find a reason to deduct everything This time around they said it was Cool FM that deducted it (Audience feedback song request). Like What? Does this even make any sense? I've not listened to cool fm in years. How did i get subscribed to cool fm that i have no idea about? they're refusing to refund. this is too much. can i sue? report to NCC ?

It cuts across all networks. Airtel keeps charging me #10 everyday. this deduction have been going on for months now. They claim I subscribed for gaming stuff like that..... I've called them to deactivate but after deactivation confirmation message I received I am still been charged daily... Corporate scammers everywhere |
