THE EMBARRASSED DRUMMER�

I was feeling the groove and enjoying my self, also they were enjoying the groove. It was a studio session with an Artiste.

The music was going smooth, I applied my fills correctly, i was feeling myself and the other musicians were feeling me also.�
Then it happened, I don't know what came over the producer, He just shouted, "Drummer, use the Cymbal with the longer sustain". I was lost and the music stopped. I never knew what that meant. All eyes in the Studio were on me.. Really I earnestly played the ground could open up and swallow me up.��

It dawned on me instantly that beyond my 15 years of expertise there was more to been proficient...
