The corper identified as Timinipre Isaac Indiamaowei, with State code number: RV/17B/2605, erected the sculptural piece with the help of other students as part of community development service (CDS). 

The excited corper and others posed in front of the sculpture which was erected near the market square.

NYSC Personal CDS projects has gone to the dogs these days. The whole NYSC idea has lost it's relevance and should be scrapped. Under this regime, corp members now either campaign for elections, mount statues of politicians or even fake certificates.
How exactly is this a "community development project"? Doesn't that community have a peculiar paraphernalia, trade or cultural attribute that he could have used his creativity to project? And to think someone actually approved him to erect this political figure as a community development project makes one wonder what's going on in Nigeria this days.
