I believe you need to provide more details about your proposition for a serious business like Microfinance Bank. These type of transactions cannot be done on the phone with a total stranger.

It is unlikely that anybody would take the posting serious without spelling out your expectations and rewards. You can still do this without specifying specific details about the bank like exact name, location, etc.
