A 24-year-old man has been sentenced to a year of probation after he was found guilty of a 'lewd and lascivious act' in which he repeatedly tried to penetrate the tailpipe of a car in Newton, U.S

Ryan Scott Malek pleaded guilty for the May 1st incident, according to court documents obtained by Daily mail. Malek was intoxicated at the time of the incident. .

When he ignored police demands that he cease trysting with the auto, an officer tased him. He was then handcuffed and taken to a local hospital, the Smoking Gun reports.
