Nigeria under Buhari to honor PN Okeke  you should first ask if Buhari has ever heard PNO's name in the first place talk-less of ever knowing that their is a subject called Physics to even ever open his text books! In a sane country, PN Okeke would av been given an National Honours Award - His Physics text books are used in some other parts of west Africa and beyond.
