Former American Ambassador to Nigeria John Campbell has announced that from the reports he gathered from Local and foreign NGOs, President Buhari actually won the presidenti elections in 2003,2007 and 2011 but was rigged out at the collation centers. He said this in an interview with Channels television where he also said that President Buhari is targeting Corruption in Nigeria at the highest level. Dt included individuals but also NGOs, NGOs that were foreign based and that were Nigeria based. And the rigging took place not so much at the actual polling places, but rather at the places where all the polling results were brought together. He was INEC returning officer now.  Buhari aka dogs and baboon soaking in blood was a failure until Tinubu came to his rescue. This former ambassador did not know that winning the majority votes in the North alone is not enough to make you president of Nigeria! Later they will say there is no corruption in the US after collecting bribe from them he is now saying rubbish. Buhari pulled enormous amount of votes in the north, I will understand if Campbell had said Buhari won the north but north isn't Nigeria. Buhari was never popular down the south, inshort a goat would have defeated him in the south in '03, '07, '11. Many of us know that Mr Campbells era in Nigeria was laden with corruption. He cannot be a saint and be supporting PMB. Some of these diplomats are complicit of the Nigerian problems.
