There are 36 states in Nigeria which each have their own unique qualities and attributes. As it is well known to Nigerians each state has been given its own special title based on its most unique and known quality, to take for instance Rivers states if referred to as the Garden City of Nigeria and Benue state the food basket of the nation. However, when it comes to infrastructure, civilization and modernization as well as comfortable living some states take the lead ahead of others. For instance, Lagos state which is Nigeria’s Centre of Excellence and also the centre for commerce is known as the most modern state and as such one of the most civilized states to live in.
