We are grateful to God that His Excellency, Gov. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State has emerged the winner of the 2018 Sun Governor of the Year Award “for good governance; rapid rural development; regular payment of workers’ salaries and retirees’ pensions, even without receipt of federal allocation; nurturing peace and harmony among the political class; critical support for security agencies, among others” .
