My opinion:they is no need for the increment in civil servers works salary because the previous minimum wage have not been met which is just #18,000 talk more of #30,000 which their are agitating on,what there should seek for are incentives, palliative ie free housing, electricity service etc

Pay the #18000 minimum wage in full first,not half salary like Osun & Kogi ,pay salary areas owed and employed more people. The governor who cannot pay #18000 how will he pay #20000 and above

We can still do some calculation. A civil servant who receives 30k a month, in a year he receives 360,000. In his 35 years of service he receives 12,600,000. And one think this civil servant can even build one bedroom bungalow with it coupled with the huge family he is taking care., I beg make una reasons well who nor fit reasons make e shut up. . This 12,600,000 is equivalent to half of what a senator collect a month and you want to justify that. In exchange rate That monthly money is not up to 100dallars couple with hyper inflation we have in the country. I beg make una park far.
