Kaduna Court Grants Restraining Order Against Lawal Bugebuge, PDP…


A Kaduna high court has strucked a restraining order to stop the People’s Democratic Party and the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC, from taking further steps towards issueing the certificate of return and  or sending his names as the PDP candidate for the 2019 general election as no primary election was conducted and no letter issued to the aspirants and not to expect their selves as aspirants house of representative, Lere federal constituency. 
In an order  signed by Hon Justice G. I Kurada, “the court finds merit in the application and it is hereby granted accordingly… 
“An order of interim injunction is hereby made to restrain the defendants, their agents, party and the electoral institution from issueing the certificate of return to Lawal Rabiu, haven not conducted the primary elections for the house of representative, Lere federal constituency of Kaduna state, pending the hearing of the submission by Barr. Dr Ibrahim Usman. The proposition on notice is fixed for hearing on 24/10/2018.
