Colonization happened on Three key fronts/Pillars: Economic, cultural and political.

A. ECONOMIC

1. Introduction of trade Agreements giving European companies the rights over our mineral resources. This is why China is playing a very curious role - or game - in this time.

A. SOLUTION:
WE NEED TO VICIATE THESE INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS AND REWRITE NEW TRADE AGREEMENTS GIVING FIRST PRIORITY TO LOCALS.

2. Introduction of "protectorates" making specific companies owned by European nobility (e.g British East Indian company, British West African company) charge over African lands, which later became the current countries (basically, a country is a certain European company's right of exploitation. Now you know why all African minerals are being exploited by European companies. The first companies have been "acquired" over and over again. Barely visible now.

B. SOLUTION:
REDEFINE WHAT AFRICAN NATIONS ARE. GIVE POWER TO LOCAL TRIBES. LET THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT RULE BY LOCAL TRIBAL LEADERS PARTICIPATION. BY HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT BEING CONSTITUTED OF KING'S OR HEADS or representatives OF SPECIFIC TRIBES. EVERY TRIBE WILL BE PART OF GOVERNMENT. Also adopt a parliamentary system where these elders choose the president as opposed to the Current system of majority will/democracy where only the biggest tribes win elections and rules till infinity or the next coup de tat.

This will save on cost of election and post election violence and hatred among ethnicities every other election season.

3. Europeans made a Declaration of ALL minerals as property of the European Aristocracy (nowadays the word "Queen" and "King", same laws btw, is replaced by "GOVERNMENT". We know who controls them.

C. SOLUTION:
DECLARE THAT ALL MINERALS RESOURCES BELONG TO native OWNERS OF THE LAND. AND THAT THE GOVERNMENT CAN ONLY EXPLOIT THEM ON THEIR BEHALF.


B.SOCIAL

The law was used to bring the changes that the colonial master wanted to see: The subdued African.

Laws were the weapon used (it is the secret to the power of wesyern colonization). The key is to use the same law to restore what it took away. This should be done by infusing the African traditional laws into our modern/western copy paste laws. Because we can't win in a game whose rules were made by our opponent.

Use of the law to destroy the African Social structure

1. European Breakdown of family relations by introduction of individualism,

A. REESTABLISH THE LOCAL POWER STRUCTURES BY ALLOWING THE SYSTEM OF ELDERS WHO ARE PART OF THE POLITICAL SYSTEM. LET THEM REPLACE THE WARD ASSEMBLIES AND ELECT A REPRESENTATIVE IN THE STATE ASSEMBLY. Devolve the economy. This will encourage men to remain in their rural homes as they will have access to money and government(services)

B. REINTRODUCE COMMUNITY LANDS FOR THE AFRICANS WHO STILL SHARE TRIBAL LANDS. INTRODUCE A SHARING OF NATURAL RESOURCES FOUND ON IT. Some Africans own land individually today. This is applies to mostly pastoral and hunter gatherer communities.

C. AMMEND MARRIAGE LAWS TO ACCOMMODATE THE ROLE OF ELDERS AND FAMILY, POLYGAMY AND TRADITIONAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

2. Western "Human rights" that protect individualism, (rebellion against elders, foul language etc) and protect the property that the colonialist took from our communities while imposing white man's culture on Africa.

D. INTRODUCE COMMUNAL AND CULTURAL RIGHTS

African leaders have been pushing for the concept of "communal rights", cultural rights, and "right to culture" on the international front, in addition to the Current system of human rights. This is because African system are communal and culture for a long time has been portrayed as backward.

But Africans are a tribal people. This is not changing in future. We need to embrace our tribalism and modify it to our advantage. One way is by enabling communal right to property, family, language, culture, custom, protection of environment etc So long as they are positive.

3. Western culture family structure (one wife, divorce, promiscuity, prostitution, etc in the name of freedom)

E. REPEAL WESTERN MARRIAGE LAWS AND UPHOLD CULTURAL LAWS
In most African countries, wester marriages also called church/civil marriages are treated as more important and have greater access to courts, and many times, the only marriages that get legal recognition certification. This is sad.

The positive aspects of course.

The reason why our forefathers had strong communities is that African marriage laws were comprehensive catering for the community's welfare.

3. POLITICAL

Western imperialists replaced our kings and elders through the weapon of democracy. They were replaced with counselors at the ward level, members of parliament to watch over the burden of the western law, governors and presidents to PRESIDE over their African loot.

This is why democracy cannot stay. It is a conduit used for the exploitation of our resources while it ensures we are constantly at war with each other.

1. ENACT LAWS BRINGING BACK OUR ELDERS AND KING'S. The system of democracy needs serious modifications to accommodate our community leaders. The real ones. Not the current western puppets. They should be the political unit at the community level, appointing leaders in the national level who should reflect representatives of all tribes in every nation.

Our political class is useless to our course. They sell to the highest bidder and will not stop at anything in exchange for the dollar. But we have more willing leaders.
