This is to notify the general public, mostly students and aspirants of the Delta State University, Abraka campus that a group of scammers under the guise of gambling are duping unsuspected victims of their money and phones around the campus three small gate.... I have seen these guys gathered before with handsets and three photographs on a mat/table and would ask passersby to make a pick on the photographs. They would then play along and even hypnotized their victims into giving up their money and phones.... A friend of mine also fell into their pit yesterday. Please pass this information around and notify the appropriate authorities of this act... #EndFraud |
