No sir,ma.the case was instituted long before the deadline passed.any court ruling suspends or alters that deadline until all legal processes have been comleted.its only when elections have passed before it becomes academic.

No sir,it doesnt mean so unless inec has finished the elections.the court judgment suspends the inec timetable since the legal battle started before inec endorsed primaries.
Apc in rivers now has a special window to re-conduct congresess and primaries.besides this was not the main suit.there precedents

It won't affect Tonye Cole's candidacy. The electoral act and even the supreme court have posited that it is the National leadership of any party that is vested with the authority to pick/sponsor candidates of their parties.

At this point we are not interested in who becomes Rivers state APC chairman or it's excos.

We have succeeded in getting our candidates for 2019 Tony Cole and others.

Magnus Abe can do whatever he likes with Wike an APC chieftain asked him if supreme court will make him the candidate of APC since he conducted his own primaries by himself, without APC NWC, fixed his dates, no INEC officials.

Since supreme court too have given judgement previously in Zamfara that the court have no reason to dabble into how a party produces it's candidate.
You obviously lack comprehension.

However a party chooses her candidates is not the business of the courts. Supreme court has since proclaimed that how candidates emerge is the prerogative of political parties and courts shouldn't interfere. In this matter, they only tried to settle a dispute over who the authentic rivers APC chairman is and that is how far they can go.
