A 40yr old man has defiled a 9yr old in Warri,Delta State.The alleged rapist known has Aghogho Matthew told police officers at B Division Warri that he only used his fingers on her contrary to doctor's report that there was penetration. Well, this man got no shame, they shouldn't unshame by allowing him to rot in jail. I advice the law to go into effect by dethaching the man scrotum from his body and give him to eat! Yet I blame APC for this....
