You exalt the APC led administration for completion of projects that were initiated and funded completely by the PDP led administration. Point out one projected initiated by APC don't be brainwashed by the APC they got no blueprint to development. Traders money not even a sustainable development plan.

Shut up and be ashamed of yourself for this nonsense you attached here.

So a Project that was started in 2012 was paid for in 2014 and in full?

I was côck sure the document you are bandying about had Port Harcourt International Airport
Construction written on it before I decided to read it.

I did. Alas what nonsense?
So what really has this document got to prove? Why are you sharing it?

Do you know how many Projects CCECC was/is handling in Nigeria? From Rails to Roads to
Airports etc? What part and which one of those does the $100,000,000 transfer in the letter represent?

Even if the Port Harcourt Airport Project was included in that bulk sum (and I'm not saying it was not just like I'm not saying it was), why was it not named specifically and therefore how does that letter and its content translate automatically to Jonathan paid for the work on PH International Airport in 2014 for it to be completed in 2018?

So we now pay for work 100% in advance? How beautiful. But we are not all dumb now.
When the same Jonathan defaulted in counterpart funding to the same Chinese that made them abandon most projects until PMB had to return to China upon election to renegotiate and reassure them of our commitment to our commitments. What a shame!

Meanwhile what does this have to do with the fact that a wonderful project was completed and
not abandoned and God-blessed men and women who love good things are happy?

Did PMB or anyone say Buhari started the Project or Jonathan did not start the Project?
Fact remains that Jonathan started the Project and left it at 30% after 6 years in office.

Buhari responsibly and rightly (even though not in our tradition here) completed the remaining 70% in 3+ years. Go figure.

Ordinarily I wouldn't respond to this but for the sake of some who may still be held under the mediocre spell of the wailers, I had to.

Lack of management indeed?

GEJ increased our debt from $35 billon in 2010 to $63 billon in 2015

He also earned over $450 billion from oil revenue in 5 years

What did he do with the money?

Atiku will never win in 2019 election because God will not allow us to go back to the Egypt of looting and sharing the nation's resources

Normal people did not need Premium Times to very the truth by Oshinbajo.

Nigeria's N26.28 trillion debt represents total incurred since the birth of Nigeria. It is about $73b ,despite previous debt forgiveness, foreign currency denominated. It was $6I.23 as at 20I5.That is $ 11.77b(about N4.24trillion) is only what Buhari should account for.

Assumption: exchange rate @ 360.

In which clime do they pay completely for a project at kick-off?
How many of you pay your plumber, bricklayer, electrician complete money, material and labor before a job usually one day is started?

How much more a multi year project that will go through design before you even know the final cost, and many spew this ignorance that a 4-year project was completely paid for.

If fully paid, what funds did the Senate in 2018 budget cut from 30 billion to 10 billion for Lagos-Ibadan highway, that Fasola complained about?

Is Jonathan still the one releasing the money from Otuoke? Try and use the App between your ears

Please check the website of the debt management office to confirm Nigeria's debt profile. This is brokendown into local and foreign debt including states debt profile.
Validated:
Osinbajo should stop confusing issues. The FG external debts should be separated from State Debts. A state like Lagos that have mounted billion of debts in Dollars was not under PDP.

The graph below shows who mounted what debts. It took PDP 16 years to wipe out Nigeria debts and only raised $10b. However, in just 3 years, APC doubled what took PDP 16 years

The reason parents are selective about what neighborhood to live and raise their children is because environment is a big factor in shaping aspirations. Check into the background of the people you listed, or the states you listed and you will see that PDP was prominent in their political outlook to a significant point. Their political career advanced in an environment of PDP corruption; they could not escape the influence. I will restate here what I said few days ago; that, a stark difference exist between a government administration and the people who serve in it, and we must not fail to draw that distinct line for all to see.

Buhari is running an Administration. Maina and Babachir are individuals or agents that serve in that administration. The administration is corrupt-free and open. It is impossible anywhere in the world, however clean an administration is to not have few corrupt elements in it. If it didn't happen that will be a perfect system....but we know no system is inherently perfect.

What we want in Nigeria is corrupt-free administration. It is not possible to change a government that is corrupt, you have to wait 4yrs. Therefore prevention must precede choice and wisdom must precede impulse, to make sure we are not entrusting government in the hands of corrupt individual, as has been the case last 16yrs with PDP. You can easily remove Babachir or Maina, corrupt staffs, overnight; not so an administration thats corrupt, you have to wait 4years. That's a long time to wait when the treasury is being looted everyday.

life2017:
Why Nigerians will be making a big mistake by making 2019 voting decision base on current Hardship under PMB

Jonathan PDP Govt 2010 to 2014

Oil Revenue $381 billion dollars.

Debt increased by $29 billion (From $35bn to $64bn)

Reserves dropped by $6bn ($36bn to $30bn in May 2015)

There was increase in enjoyment due to promotion of consumption and free money.

Buhari APC govt 2015 to 2018.

Oil revenue $112billlion dollars.

Debt Increased by $10billion dollars ($63bn to $73bn)

Federal Reserves increased by $12billion dollars ($30bn in 2015 to about $42bn in 2018)

There is relative increase in hardship due to less free money, relatively less focus on consumption despite low revenue and some focus on capital expenditure.

As a neutral Observer
which of the two above is better in terms of fiscal reaponsibility?.

Main Source of data:

https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/292875-nigerias-debt-only-increased-10-billion-since-buhari-assumed-office-osinbajo.html

https://tradingeconomics.com/nigeria/foreign-exchange-reserves

The cry of hardship has not been looked into Objectively.

A drop of oil Revenue from $381bn to $112bn cannot be replaced with magic.

Actually PMB govt has done well with the level of hardship we have today. With the drop in oil revenue shown above, I expected the hardship to be much more than it is today.

One of the reason the hardship is not much relative to drop in revenue is because alot of the money from oil boom during Jonathan era were spent abroad buying houses in dubai, US, Canada etc. Hence the hardship is less compared to the drop in oil revenue because a good portion of the money was not in Nigeria economy.

A drop from $381bn to $112bn is a drop of around $269bn . With our current Fed Govt budget of around $30bn( 9trillion Naira), that drop is equivalent to about 9 years of federal govt Budget.

For those who like comparing with Obj govt.

The govt of IBB, Abacha and Abdusalam from 1990 to 1998 only earn $120bn dollar from oil

Obj/Yar adua from 1999 to 2009 earned $481bn due to higher oil production and increasing price. Nigeria just started deep water oil production during Obj. Hence increased volume of oil export. Currently many of those oil fields( Akpo, Usan, Agbami, Bonga) are producing 50% of thier initial capacity. During Obj most foreign sanction impose in Nigeria by US, UN and EU because of Abacha millitary govt were removed. Higher oil revenue and Sanction relief created the economic improvement under Obj.

And again Nigeria population has almost doubled. From 120million in 1999 to about 200million today with declining resources (oil).

Ngozi Nkonjo Iweala understood how Nigeria economy solely depend on oil price. That was why during Q3 2014 when oil price drop from 100 dollar to 70 dollars, she was already warning us to prepare for recession in 2015. She was already borrowing to pay salary in Q4 2014. During Buhari govt, oil price dropped as much as 28dollars per barrel at its worst though averaged 40 dollars with reduced oil production.

We need aggressive diversification of the economy.

Nice analysis chief!

Please explain the blow paragraph better. I don't seem to understand why the hardship was less because the looted money wasn't in the Nigeria economy. Thanks.
