JPworld you have not been of the best manners by reffering someone you do not know as OLE (thief) it is so shameful act and irresponsible. You should realise that so more descent and respectable people use this website as well. Please get some manners.

Estman, even though you have chosen the wrong spot for your advertisement, you forgot to mention to your prospective customers the size of your plot and also other charges in form of development levy, and other small letter print conditions, you impose on buyers after they have made commitment to purchase. Also what the current issues and required settlement with the so called omo onile's, (original land owner families) when you want to start development. It is only God that can sell and make prosper not desperate and aggressive efforts to the detriment of others.

Anywhere in the world people advertise with what they considered a fair or close to the price they would sell, and if it is what you are interested in or looking for, you call the advertiser, and make resonable offer and the buyer will respond with offer accepted or not.

The land that is being offered for sale here is within lagos state government estate, no omo onile, nor any hidden charges, and you can even make a speculative purchase on it and you can be assured that the property in the area is appreciating in value very fast, and you will get a good return on your very secure investment whenever you choose to sell again.
