Buhari doesn't have WAEC certificate which is very clear and no SAN will successfully defend that since the constitution is very clear in that regard.

President Muhammadu Buhari had told the commission that his academic records are still with the military, sparking reactions, especially from critics of the government.

Speaking specifically about the personal particulars provided by the candidates, Yakubu said anyone suspecting false claims has the right to file legal action against such candidate.

Addressing a press conference at the commission headquarters on Friday, Yakubu said any doubt on the forms submitted by the candidates regarding their personal particulars can be challenged in court.

Below is what Itsede Kingsley Okai shared on his Facebook page; 

"Like I promised on Friday, I have filed a suit against Buhari and INEC before the Federal High Court, Lagos to challenge his qualification to stand for the 2019 Presidential Election. For this reason, I shall speak less of this matter since it's already before the Court. I believe in the Nigerian judiciary and hopeful the court will end this debate once and for all".

Exactly my thoughts. Because in the university, even if you have reached 400 level and during final screening it is discovered that you didn't have WAEC/O level certificates, you know what normally happens. Don't you?

What an exercise in futility and same goes for the dumb arses who are still shouting Buhari show your certificate; because the fact still remains that the Nigerian constitution does not require person to have passed any exam let alone possess a certificate to be president but only evidence of attaining the minimum of secondary school education - which could range from ordinary testimonial, an affidavit, class report card etc. or any other evidence that may satisfy INEC.

Meaning that buhari is an illegal president and wants to continue being an illegal president come 2019 till 2023 no way.
