I recieved an sms this morning and it goes like this : 'Hi Francis, gud mornin, is me Emmanuel Nnamdi ur copa mate in Kogi State, am working with SHELL OIL Company in Rivers state, cal me now 4 more details b/cos internal Employment is goin on nw and is very urgent.'
Here are facts:
1. I served in Kogi state 5 yrs ago
2. I never know any Emmanuel Nnamdi talkless of asking anybody to help me get job then.
Now the question: is this sms in anyway genuine? In other words, how true is this info? Mods pls do the needful and let learn and be informed.

They are scam, ignore

like seriously what baffle me is dat the person mentioned my name, he also know where I served and he got my number. How the hell did he got such info? I need to know so I can be more careful how I share information about myself. I am thinking of calling the person this morning to find out how genuine is the msg. I will update you guy on this.

? I dont believe that. They dont put our phone number or state of origin there. I still have the magazine with me. I checked, his name is not found there

oga we should learn to be more careful how we dish out info abt ourself. Am nt disputing weda it is a scam or not. It would be more beneficial to know how dis scammers got hold of personal infos.
