a) You have to turn your device off as your first step.
b) Now, disconnect any power source like AC adapter from your laptop.
c) Start by removing the battery from your laptop.
d) Now, you must press and help the power button for a minimum of 15 seconds.
e) Assemble your laptop back and connect the power source and then, try to turn on your system.
f) Now, connect the external monitor in case your device does not turn on, and instantly perform a diagnostics on your laptop, to check any hardware related issues.
g) In this case, restart your device or turn it on if it was off.
h) Once the logo appears press F12, until the One Time Boot Menu appears. And if the system boots to windows, then turn off your device and try this process again immediately.
i) Now press ‘Down arrow key’ to highlight diagnostics > PSA+ or enter ePSA.
j) Press on enter to initiate the diagnostics.
