Pls guys I need help on 1xbet about their bonus cos I funded my acct with #2500 which I hv lost in a game I staked but was given bonus of #2500 in 2 different account.

I have staked a ticket of #1500 from the #2500 bonus given which I won #5000.But instead of getting the winning in my main account,they put the winning back to the bonus account I staked from. Now totalling 6k. I tried to withdraw but it's saying I have #0 in my account. Pls what can I do to get my winning? |

In the screen shot above, i just staked another game of #2500 from the #6100 in the bonus account. My headache here is how do I get my winning after using the bonus to stake?? Pls your advise is needed. N.B: I have called the Customer care( int'l number),they were just wasting my call credit as I waited for available agent till credit got exhausted |
