Such a person must possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or an HND in Mass Communication or Computer Science or related fields, and must have very good grasp of English language.

In addition, he/she must have PHP/MySQL skills. Familiarity with Content Management System, especially Joomla, will be an advantage.
