ICS Outsourcing formerly ICSL is currently seeking interested educated individuals both male and female with excellent communication skills who are willing to work for themselves as entrepreneurs capable of not only managing businesses but growing such businesses as well. Our business is quite straightforward and our mode of operation is quite simple really. We will provide the necessary tools for the dispatch partners to work as well create an enabling environment for them to thrive. We have 2 main business models we will be operating.



Retail:

Delivery solutions for single items/low volumes usually sent by individuals, MSMEs, SMEs etc.

Enterprise: Last mile solutions for businesses with large volume such as online retailers, courier companies, large organizations, etc

In terms of remuneration, they will earn 70% of whatever they make while working, while our client company gets 30% (after all necessary deductions to cover management fees and franchise fees have been deducted) if they are operating in retail, while those in enterprise will earn 55% — 60% while our client company takes 40% — 45% (depending on the volume of transactions).



Even though individuals who can ride a motorcycle are our preferred choice, we are willing to take on individuals who can not ride but exhibit positive traits such as dedication, determination and enthusiasm. We are willing to train such people on how to ride and manage the business.
