federal high court sitting in Abuja this Afternoon has issued a FORM-49 to the APC chairman Adams Oshimole, to explain why an order of committal (previous restraining order not submit any other name other than that of Uche Nwosu as the APC flag bearer for Imo Guber Elections) should not be met.

A form 49 serves as a warning notice before a notice of contempt of court is issued.
