Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu, today came to the rescue of accident victims on the ever-busy Owo-Ikare road. The road is presently undergoing repairs following the intervention of the Ondo state government. The governor who was returning from a project tour in Ikun Akoko ordered his convoy to stop to enable him provide help for the victims. The accident was said to have involved a Toyota hiace bus coming from Abuja which was hit by a trailer and another bus belonging to Peace Mass Transit. Governor Akeredolu ordered that the accident victims be conveyed to the nearest hospital for treatment. One of the accident victims told newsmen said the trailer responsible for the accident immediately sped off the scene. 1 Like

sarrki:The particular road is currently under construction by Ondo State Government even though it's a Federal road. No governor in Ondo State has constructed more roads than Aketi. 1 Like 1 Share
