Naomi Campbell is an English model, actress and singer born on the 22nd of may 1970. She ventured into the entertainment Scene at the age of 8, featuring in Bob Marley’s Music Video ‘is this Love ‘.
Her modelling Career took off just days to her 16th birthday by gracing the cover of Elle.

Her Career progressed steadily as she went on to feature on the walkway by cat walking for notable designers like Gianni Versace and also posting for top photohraphers like Peter Lindbergh, Herb Pitts and Bruce Weber.

During the 80’s , Campbell formed a trio called Trinity with Linda Evangelista and Christy Turlington. The trio went on to become the most recongnised and sought after model of their time.

Naomi Campbell became the first Black girl to feature on the cover of Vogue in1987 since 1966. She followed that up to feature on the cover of french Vogue the following year and also featured on America Vogue. Featuring on all three Vogue edition within the space of three years.

Naomi became the most coveted model of the trio. All three also featured in a music video for George Michael’s Freedom but Naomi was the choosen one for Micheal Jackson Music Video ‘ in the closet’
In the mid 90’s , Campbell took a break from modelling to try other ventures. She released her music album ‘baby woman’ but performed badly on UK’s top 75 music charts.

In 1988, she also had a cameo in Acting by starring in movies like Miami Rhapsody, Spike Lee’s Girl 6 and the Second season of New York Undercover.
In 2013, Naomi was featured as a judge and Coach in a TV Reality modelling Competition, the Face.
