Buhari’s problems started long ago in 2015 when, after months of being sworn in as president, he was yet to announce a cabinet. The real disappointment actually came when he finally selected his cabinet and it was filled with politicians (some with dubious pasts) and a handful of technocrats to the astonishment of Nigerians.

Then came the Retinue of people who would accompany Buhari on trips abroad; their numbers were no different from what happened within the previous government of Goodluck Jonathan. The Buhari whom people impressed as a prudent manager had suddenly towed the line of his immediate past predecessor who was seen as wasteful when it came to resource management.

The controversies didn’t stop happening. Budget padding which was eventually seen as a hallmark of previous governments in Nigeria became prominent in Buhari’s government without consequences, the anti corruption stance of Buhari’s government had also Started fading, and somehow people wanted to refocus their attention on the economic prosperity they had hoped would be other grand achievement of Buhari’s government...

...But the economy was also in a turmoil. At first, people thought the economic hardships had everything to do with the previous government because the former finance minister had warned of a possible economic crisis due to lack of savings, but then Buhari was also thought to have malhandled fiscal and monetary policy related decisions. The rising cost of foodstuffs, unemployment and hardships didn’t help either, especially with the lavish life experienced in government circles by politicians within Buhari’s own circle.

Then came other controversies including the Grass cutting scandal of Babachir Lawan, Certificate forgery case of ex Finance minister Kemi Adeosun, cases “corrupt” politicians joining the APC to avoid prosecution, even recently the bribery scandal of Governor Ganduje where Buhari who is the leader of APC party itself has kept mum on the issue, not even a public statement condemning the act and imploring the party to take punitive action on the governor (like suspension of the governor and petition to the state house asking for impeachment) in the interest of the anti corruption stance of the government.

Just like GEJ’s Government in 2015, If Buhariis Government is voted out of office in 2019, it will not out of PDP propaganda (although the PDP helped in echoing every misstep of the Buhari government), it would be mostly because Buhari and APC ignored obvious warning signs and avoidable errors.

Whether you believe it or not, the certificate controversy of the president is just a symptom of the mistrust the Buhari government has attracted to itself, and this is only the beginning

Well, it will not be a smooth sailing in 2019 election for PMB not because of this jaundiced posts and several of its kind on social media but solely depends on whether PMB and his team will be so complacent as to allow Atiku & co a look in.

Do you think it’s about Buhari or Atiku for millions of people? Do you think hungry Nigerians care about which party rules them? After all, Lagos state is ruled by the same party from which the worst president in Nigeria comes

Buhari promised to turn the presidential fleet into a national carrier and even accused the previous government of wasting a lot of resources on maintaining the aircrafts but more than three years into his government,he is still enjoying the fleet while the costs of running the fleet has more than doubled.
Buhari said there was nothing like subsidy and his staunch supporters like David West said Buhari will reduce the cost of fuel to 45N but instead the subsidy increased, the daily fuel consumption was doubled while the price of fuel was increased even as the price of crude oil is low.even at that the whole subsidy stuff is enmeshed in secrecy as the government have refused to be open to Nigerians.today they will tell you they are not paying subsidy, another time they will tell you it's under recovery.
in fact the scam is endless.
