1. Download the Instagram app on Google Play or Apple Store if you have an iPhone.
2. Create an account. Use a memorable username such as your full name or fashionby...e.g FashionByChioma.
3. Post high quality photos taken with a smartphone or a camera. Post about 3-9 photos of your outfits.
4. Add hashtags to your photos to gain more visibility and gain more followers.
5. Post consistently. Post everyday if you can to grow your following faster.
6. Have a consistent posting schedule.
7. Follow other fashion bloggers and engage with their content. Like and comment on their photos to become a part of the community.
8. Promote your posts on Instagram via ads, to get more people to discover your fashion blog.
9. Post videos e.g lookbooks. People engage more often with videos.
10. Post outfit photos unique to your personal style. Be true to yourself.
11. Know your audience. Tailor your content to suit your audience. Are you posting fashion looks for moms, students or entrepreneurs in their 20s?
