After sifting and digging into piles of ancient scrolls and documents, the West African Examination Council (WAEC) finally came up with what they call “attestation certificate” which is said to confirm that President Buhari had a school certificate.

This discovery was disclosed by Mr. Femi Adesina, who’s the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity on Friday, after WAEC‘s registrar, Iyi Uwadiae, had issued president Buhari the certificate.

The move quickly attracted criticism from the opposition party, people’s democratic party, PDP which called it a “tragicomedy.”
