A Business Manager

As a Business Manager, you will be required to make the Assembly Plant process as
efficient as possible. You will achieve this by using various principles of engineering,
technology, manufacturing and management science.

Your key duties will include:

• Handling the budget and expenditure for the Assembly plant.
• Sourcing for good and quality solar materials at the best prices.
• Developing cost effective ways for the production process.
• Ensuring project and production deadlines are met.
• Analysis of the data found in charts, graphs and other forms of measuring information.
• Resolve all operational issues that may arise.
• Documenting all daily activities and submitting weekly reports.
• Providing your team with technical support and training.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Must be a graduate, preferably someone with engineering/technical background.
• Must be proficient in analytical and statistical tools such as excel etc.
• Must have good leadership and communication skills.
• Must have good numerical and marketing skills.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure.
• Must have passion for learning and research.
• Must be able to improve already existing processes.

N:B: Experience in a production facility is an added advantage.
