I dont know if i'm the only one experiencing issues with Ecobank. For the past 3 days, it has not been easy doing online transaction especially through their https://ibank.ecobank.com/RIBOnline/ portal, in fact the page is not even loading at all. To check your account balance is a problem, to send money through internet banking is another wahala To add salt to the injury, if someone sent you money, you dont get alert immediately and if you will even get the alert, you will only see the previous balance without the money being added up. Is anyone experiencing the same? |
