• Forecast, monitor and track cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.).
• Prepare cash flow reports, and identifies and evaluates variances.
• Maintain petty-book account for the daily operation cash requirement.

Requirements and Skills
• One (1) year experience in booking keeping / Accounting job
• Proficiency in use of Quickbook Point of Sales (POS) is a MUST.
• Knowledge of Quickbook Accounting package is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a sales girl is an advantage.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
• Candidates should have a minimum of NCE / OND / HND in accounting / book keeping discipline with minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales, book keeping and accounting function.
• Possess good customer relations and candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English language

Other Requirements:
• Ideal candidate must not be older than 30years, must have good customer relationship attitude and must be able to work as a team.
• Candidates must live within or around these environs: Ikotun, Igando, Isolo, Bucknor Estate, Ijegun, Idimu, Egbeda OR must be willing and capable to relocate to this environ.

I know someone that charges 10k per month for cleaning a three bedroom apartment once in a week in shasha. This translate to 2.5k weekly.

I am sure this will be slightly higher if she cleans the same size of apartment in ikeja gra, ikoyi or lekki for example.
