Job Requirement

A minimum of OND qualification
Minimum of 2 years experience in bakery and pastry/cake decoration
Specialized technical knowledge of baking chemistry and bread production
Good organisational and leadership skills and to be able to plan and prioritize workloads
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportion, percentage etc.
Good administrative skills
Highly discipline
Supervisory ability.
Detail oriented with good time management skills
Proficiency in Ms Word, excel and PowerPoint
