6. Igbos cannot be trusted. Igbo coup plotters truncated Nigeria’s first democratic experiment and murdered our heroes.

On January 15, 1966, Igbo military officers led by Major Chukwuma Nzeogwu executed Nigeria’s first coup thereby truncating Nigeria’s First Republic and democratic experience. Nigeria, its people and economy has yet to recover since that incident. If act, it is widely believed that the January 15 incident is the genesis of Nigeria’s problems till date. Nzeogwu and his fellow Igbo coup plotters, namely Emmanuel Ifeajuna, Timothy Onwuatuegwu, Chris Anuforo, Don Okafor, Humphrey Chukwuka and Ogbo Oji overthrew the democratically elected government of Tafawa Balewa and installed Major-General Aguiyi-Ironsi, a fellow Igbo as Head of State. Nzeogwu and his Igbo brothers murdered in cold blood, then Prime Minister, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa (Fulani); the Premier of Northern region, Ahmadu Bello (Fulani); the Premier of Western region, Samuel Ladoke Akintola (Yoruba) and Finance Minister, Okotie Eboh (Itsekiri) and one of the finest senior military officers at the time, Brigadier Samuel Ademulegun (Yoruba) and Brigadier Zakariya Maimalari (North). Interestingly, they left the Premier of Eastern region, Michael Okpara (Igbo) untouched.

The Igbos killed the heroes of the Yorubas and Hausa-Fulanis. The death of Tafawa Balewa in the hands of the blood-thirsty Igbo coup plotters was most gruesome. After Prime Minister Balewa was picked by the coup plotters in the dead of the night, they drove far away from Dodan Barracks, Lagos, the seat of Government (Aso Villa) as at then. Their van screeched to a halt along the Lagos-Ibadan expressway and they told Balewa to alight. Immediately Balewa alighted, he made to run from his captors under the shield of the darkness. Unfortunately, his white babaringa gave him away and before he could complete a few steps, Major Emmanuel Ifeajuna cocked his gun, took aim at the fleeing Prime Minister and pumped hot lead into his body from the back. Balewa fell to the power of the bullets. His captors picked up his lifeless body and dumped it like a chicken carcass along the Lagos-Abeokuta expressway. The decomposing body of the Prime Minister with maggots having a field day was discovered six days after his ouster from office. Such is the savagery of the average Igbo man!

This event triggered the counter coup of July 1966. Since then, the Igbos have been seeking an opportunity to take revenge. This explains the hateful, abhorrent, malicious and insultive attitude of the Igbos towards other ethnicities in Nigeria. To offset the danger this attitude constitutes to Nigeria, that is why the Igbos have been deliberately kept out of the President-VP roles since the commencement of the fourth republic in 1999. Thunder must not strike twice! Even in 2007 when Obasanjo was finishing his tenure and returning power to the North, a South-Southerner—Jonathan was preferred and chosen as VP to Yar-Adua. It wasn’t a mistake. It was strategic. Keep the hands of the lepers off the till lest they spill the milk. Milk in this case is the blood of the Yorubas, Hausa-Fulani and South-South. A Peter Obi VP will bring the Igbos closer to the opportunity to exact revenge and commit genocide against Yorubas and Northerners. We must not allow this to happen! Ogun Asotele, kin pa aro.

7. Everything about Atiku is corruption. From Atiku to Obi, Saraki, Gbenga Daniel and Fayode

Everything about Atiku is corruption and thievery. Everything around him is equally related to or involved in thievery and corruption. To start with, Atiku is a rogue. Peter Obi is corrupt, a liar, cunning and very deceitful with his feminine voice. His deceit, treachery and malicious inclinations are masked by his woman-like voice. Don’t be deceived. This is a man who claimed he has only one house and one wristwatch. Yet he has been busted by Political stew ng following the discovery he has multiple houses in London and flats at Osborne Towers, Ikoyi where EFCC discovered $43.4mn in April 2017. For a man who claimed his only house is in Anambra, where did he get the funds to buy apartments in the Osborne towers and the multiple houses in London and other cities yet to be discovered? The DG of Atiku Presidential Campaign Council, Bukola Saraki is a certified smart rogue who needs no introduction to even a 5-year old Nigerian child. The DG of the Atiku Abubakar Campaign Organization in the run-up to the PDP Primaries, Engineer Gbenga Daniel is another rogue who has multiple cases with EFCC. Ayodele Fayose, the South-West zonal coordinator of the Atiku Presidential Campaign Council is another certified but crude rogue with multiple cases with the EFCC. Atiku lives a life of corruption, breathes corruption, romances corruption, glorified corruption and is surrounded by corruption. Little wonder Obasanjo called him “The Prince of Corruption”. Must we allow Atiku to infect Nigeria with his corruption? No!!!

8. 2019 – 2023 is the time for consolidation. It is not a time for experiment.

Since the Buhari administration came on board in May 2015, the change process began steadily and gradually gathered momentum. Between May 2015 – date, the Buhari administration has laid solid foundation for our future and the prosperity of our generations yet unborn (please see the list of achievements-41 pages--in the links below). Therefore, having laid the foundation between 2015 – 2019, the period 2019 – 2023 is necessary for the Buhari government to consolidate on the achievements in its first term while also creating the room for the full impact and benefits of on-going projects to manifest. Clearly, 2019 is not a year to begin another experiment. It is time for consolidation.

Among the achievements are the railway projects nearing completion; the incredibly successful cost savings both at JAMB; implementation of TSA and BVN; reduction in rice imports; eradication of ghost workers; successful implementation of the home-grown school-feeding program which is currently feeding more than 8 million pupils; empowerment of millions of SMEs business owners through Trader Moni; empowerment of millions of graduates through N-power; increase in fertilizer production; budget support facility for states; boost in revenue generation at Nigeria Customs Service, NIMASA and JAMB, decimation of Boko Haram insurgents; rescue of over 150 Chibok and 100 Dapchi girls; introduction of the NAFEX (I&E) window to provide liquidity and stabilize the FX market; successful issuance of over $7bn in Eurobonds which were oversubscribed; successful issuance of over N100bn sovereign Sukuk bond for critical road infrastructure projects; Paris club refund to states; increase in power generation capacity to 7,000MW; the extremely successful Anchor Borrowers Program for rice farming; improvement in Ease of Doing Business and the conditional cash transfer scheme among others.

What do we do with all these achievements? Allow corrupt Atikulated-obi people to take us back to the era of “stealing is not corruption”? Do we want to move backward or forward? If you want to move forward, it is incumbent on you to elect continuity in February 2019. Continuity that will birth Progress from the current Change process in 2019. Please vote PMB/PYO in 2019.

9. Atiku disregarded and sidelined the South West with a worthless SGF offer. He must pay dearly for it!

Atiku said he will give the South West the position of Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF). In the ranking of elective and appointive political offices in Nigeria, the President is No 1, followed by the Vice President (No 2 man), then the Senate President (No 3), Speaker of the House of Representatives (No 4), Deputy Senate President (No 5) and Deputy Speaker (No 6). The SGF is no 7. In the estimation and judgement of Atiku, Yorubas are so worthless that what they deserve is the No 7 position. That is a massive step-down from No 2. What a colossal insult to the sensibilities of the Yorubas. So with a politically sophisticated, highly intellectually and educationally enlightened Yoruba people in the South West whose son currently occupies No 2 position, Atiku’s offer is SGF. The import of this insult is a total disregard and sidelining of the Yorubas for the Igbos. For being highly inconsiderate, Atiku must pay dearly for this! Yorubas can only ever move forward and not backward. From No 2 (VP), we must march on to No 1 (President) in 2023. If you want us to actualize this objective, then please vote PMB/PYO in 2019 so that a Yoruba man will become President in 2023. Awa Yoruba, Iwaju lopa ebiti n resi, Ani déro eyin’.

Great write up . Igbos started it all ... the most hateful tribe in the world nd yet they accuse others of the born to rule mentality while it was their doing from onset! They think they r above others... foolish set of people! The day an igbo man rules nigeria is the day it will cease to exist. angry
