Following Abia Breaking News’ report that the Bende federal constituency PDP candidate, Chief Chima Anyaso visited former governor of Abia State, and Abia North APC senatorial candidate, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu in hospital in Germany, where he is receiving treatment, news emerged hours later denying the visit.

Abia Breaking News however contacted the source who insisted that Anyaso visited OUK and provided more information about the meeting.

According to our source, “he visited the former governor with a Lagos-based businessman who was so happy meeting Kalu’s as well as one retired Army captain.

He called and said he was going to see OUK and after the visit he called back and confirmed that the visit was successful and that he met OUK’s wife too.

He tried visiting OUK at Igbere but wasn’t possible so he felt the best opportunity to meet him was in Germany at the hospital where he stayed for more than two and half hours.”

Abia Breaking News promises to reach out to Dr. Kalu when he’s out of hospital to get his side of the story.

Meanwhile, Dr. Chima Anyaso in a response to the text sent to him by Abia Breaking News correspondent, debunked the story by simply saying “not true”.
