*Job Description*

• Sell all brands of baby products
• Gain a clear understanding of customers' needs and requirements
• Work closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions courteously about products and recommend the right solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Negotiate the terms of a purchase and close sales
• Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Maintain a daily sales register
• Attend sales meetings, industry trade shows, and training seminars to gather information, promote products, expand network of contacts, and increase knowledge.
• Develop award winning sales pitch covering all the services/options available and present same to both new and existing clients
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
• Maintain good client relations and updated records.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Weekly and monthly reports of all activities
• Promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the outlet’s visual appearance in high standards.

*Key Elements of the Role*

• Report to the CEO
• Act as the first port of call while welcoming customers to the showroom and answer their queries
• Be energetic and strategic about driving sales
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
• Cross sell products and handle returns of merchandise
• Comply with inventory control procedures
• Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the showroom’s design)
• Identify key trends in product lines


*Requirements, Skills & Experience*

• Smart, Friendly, able to communicate in English Language impeccably (spoken and written), Confident, Charming, a Self-starter and Fast learner.
• Ability to relate with and manage high-end clients excellently
• Experience in the role of a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role would be an added advantage
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Ability to handle people, processes and products
• Innovative and forward thinking, with a track record of executing new ideas
• Excellent organizational skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Good negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Outlook and Excel
