Do you want the Judge to wait until she's threatened ?

And who said there was no violence ? Bello's house at Oke-gada , ede was destroyed by touts ,

Another APC member was macheted by same touts , Aregbe had to visit Ede, to meet with adeleke's STOP OR I BRING SOLDIERS TO YOUR HOME TOWN

there is projections that when Adeleke looses out in court , there will be more violence, Soldiers are still in ede, same as mobile police and SSS
they are just not on the streets like they were 2 weeks after election

every other place might be peaceful, but Ede, there'll surely be violence

Randy100:
A very wrong move by the court. No judge was threatened or violence in osun.

sorry 4 ur life, it is PDP dat rig or APC?? everybody knw dat people vote for PDP in dat state nt 4 apc
People voted for PDP and not for APC with just 553 votes winning margin in the first election? If people had voted for PDP and not for APC as you have claimed, there wouldn't have been any need for a supplementary election.
Even in the controversial supplementary election, APC could only win with just a slim 443 votes margin. So where is the veracity of your claim that people voted for PDP?
The fact is that the election was keenly contested and the two leading parties, PDP and APC, had people vote for them almost equally.

So, Abuja is free from violence. I think that the only tangible reason should be if the court and judge is at risk, then the case should be moved. You and I know that it is not the case.

This one was done to weaken the opposition and to use power of incumbency to rigged it in favour of the ruling patty. Are you telling that FG cannot provide a security for judges? Are you telling that Abuja is more safer than Osun? This is pure politicking.

That's very true.

PDP doesn't get judgement. What they get is injunction before the Judge finally throws the case away.

what about Abia?
Rivers got to supreme Court also
what happened in Akwa Ibom
just a few

In all the states you mentioned, PDP was already occupying the seat before the matter went to court, they were only fighting to retain their seats.

There is no State where the court ordered the APC to vacate the seat for a PDP candidate. Never.
