Born on the 27th of July 1992, Kizz daniel (Formerly known as Kiss Daniel) is a Popular Nigerian singer, entertainer and song writer. Real names Anidugbe Oluwatobiloba Daniel, Kizz Daniel hails from Abeokuta North in Ogun State Nigeria. He came into the lime-light in 2014 when he released hit single Woju, a song that had heavyweights Tiwa Savage and Davido on its Remix.

Kizz Daniel Biography: Family, Early Life and Education

Kizz Daniel grew up in Abeokuta along with his siblings (three younger brothers and a sister) raised by his parents. His father was a lecturer at the Federal College of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta, he was also a song-writer who loved painting. Kizz Daniel is said to have drawn his inspiration for music from his father and also from other artists including Danfo Drivers, Zulezoo, Oritse Femi, 9ice, 2face Idibia, W4, Wande Coal, Owl city and Ed Sheeran.

Kizz Daniel had his primary education at Ogun State International Montessori nursery and primary school. He later attended the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta (FUNAAB) to study Water Resources Management and Agrometeology.

Kizz Daniel’s elder sister is a on air personality at Cool FM, while his younger brother is a successful fashion designer.

Kizz Daniel later lost his Father Kola Anidugbe to typhoid on the 29th of may 2015. Sharing an emotional tribute on Instagram the singer wrote how he regrets not having his father long enough to fulfill his promise to him which was to get him a car on his birthday. He also in pain, described himself as a “stupid son” for not paying enough attention to his father before his demise thinking the sickness (typhoid) wasn’t serious.

Kizz Daniel Biography: Music Career

Jahbless met Kizz Daniel in 2009 and started mentoring him on music. Shortly after bagging his degree, Kizz Daniel officially Kick-started his career in 2013 (as Kiss daniel) when he signed with G-Worldwide Entertainment owned by Emperor Geezy. Following his deal, he released his first official single “Shoye” on the 1st of May 2014 produced by Beatburx, then followed it up with a music video directed by MEX.

He however didn’t get recognition until he released the single “Woju” produced by DJ Coublon with Adasa Cookey directing the video which was shot on a location in Lagos.

The track brought a whole lot of fame to kizz Daniel as Woju was on the MTV base naija music chart for more than seventeen weeks, occupying the top spot for more than six weeks. The song was so good even Tu-face idibia did a cover of the song.

While fans were still drooling over the hot new banger, Kizz Daniel released a remix of the song with Tiwa savage and Davido the featured artists.
