If you ask a woman who has given birth she will most likely be able to tell you how powerful Kegel exercises are. It is commonly accepted that these exercises can strengthen the pelvic floor. Potentially for men this can mean greater control over ejaculation. Kegel exercises can be used to improve many sexual problems. Men with low libidos can have great results by gaining control over the pelvic muscles.

The very fact of getting a hard erection can increase the desire to use it! The same can be true for Premature Ejaculation. If a man has stronger pelvic floor muscles then he can have greater control over when he ejaculates. So let's take a look at some basic Kegal Exercises, you need to find the muscle group you'll be working with. It's easiest to locate these muscles while you're urinating. Cut off the flow before you're finished. The muscles you use to stop urinating are the same muscles you'll be toning with Kegels.
Here's how to do a set of Kegels:
* Contract your pelvic floor muscles, squeezing about 50-70% of your maximum.

* Hold for a count of 5, then release. Keep doing this until your muscles get tired. Be sure that you're using the proper form. If you tighten even your thighs, abdomen, or butt, your pelvic floor is not being worked correctly.

Using Kegels exercises to Stop Premature Ejaculation As your pelvic floor muscles become stronger, you'll be able to keep them contracted for longer periods of time. During love making the strength in the muscle should help keep your ejaculation back! It is recommended that you do 50 Kegels every other day for a couple of weeks.

Try to hold each squeeze for 5 seconds. Over time, you'll be able to build up to 10 seconds or more. Pay attention to your body's physical response during sex. When you feel yourself start to orgasm, tighten your pelvic floor muscles right before you start to ejaculate. Keep your muscles tight until the climax is no longer imminent. Then slowly release your muscles and continue with your lovemaking. Practice, Practice, Practice!
