Position: Business Development Executive Job Location: Lagos Job Type: Full time Qualification: BA/BSc/HND Salary: Up to 100,000naira + generous commission and benefits Position Overview: The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing growth strategies and plans to ensure customer reach and improve customer satisfaction. He/she also leads all business prospecting services including market research and analysis for product development. Key responsibilities include: Develop and ensure implementation of company’s marketing strategy including campaigns, product promotion and awareness. Build and increase customer/client database and drive conversion of prospects to clients. Conduct adequate research on business opportunities, viable income streams and market analysis to identify new markets and customer needs. Prepare and manage sales presentations and sales meeting with clients and other stakeholders. Provide relevant and value-adding feedback to management including generating reports on successes and development areas. Provide after-sales support to customers as required. Follow industry trends locally and internationally and develop reports accordingly. Required Skills & Experience: First degree in relevant discipline. A minimum of 5 years-experience in a similar role. High-level communication skills Proven ability to negotiate Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team Experience working to and exceeding targets Passion for continual learning and improvement.
