WITH the rulling by binta nyako that the sureties should deposit 100 million in two months, let assume they pay the money, what becomes of the case? 1 is the case now over? 2 will it continue if kanu returns? 3 if it will continue if he returns, (as in 2 above) will the bond money be refunded to the sureties? or is it lost forever 4 what is the official position of the law in this situation? lawyers in the house over to you mynd44 lalasticlala ishilove seunsmg seun omaj4 |
