the 'development' was pathetic at best, and can only be called something because we have low standards. We're very far behind, still not a state where someone can find employment, and more industries were destroyed during Okorocha than built. Do you have examples of this development because outside of vanity projects like big hospitals that remain unopenable, and 1 big school in Owerri, I don't call this 'development'. Then all of this is countered by the fact that he pocketed an ungodly amount of our public resources.
