in just 3+ years, by the time this administration spends 8 - 16 years, all Nigerians would have been dead by hunger. This Buhari, one hausa man and i quote: that if anybody says that the moon is not well positioned, should climb up and set it. Buhari kept telling Nigerians that PDP has stolen money belonging to them, and that he will recover all the stolen moneys back for Nigerians. Now the is the recoveration? i regret supporting this bruhahari |

Corruption is been exposed in this regime while it was covered in GEJ regime hence it seems it was much now. What is left to be done is to institute institutions to make it impossible to loot. From what is on going, it seems only executives can not fight corruption since other arms of govt like legislative and judiciary are not cooperating. |

“It was alleged that Mr Kawu fraudulently recommended a private company called Pinnacle Communications Limited, to the Minister of Information and Culture, for the release of N2.5 billion against the guidelines contained in the White Paper. Under Buhari's watch, almost all heads of MDAs are Muslims and northeners. Where is that their DG He should be sacked and arraigned in court. |

globatop: And this is the reason- Give a politician small space and give a civil servant DAF and Accounts the opportunity they would always turn things upside down, just to steal from the treasury - all the procurement of MDA's the directors would turn themselves to contractors - use front companies of cronies to bid- and win the contracts depriving self employed nigerins from a source of income, what does it mean? It means they are receiving money from govt in 2 ways salaries and contracts, why do they succeed, because they all have the budgets of the sub-heads for the contracts so they always win the contracts - where they can't steal contracts, they turn capital budgets to overheads for projects which is also treated as capital expenditure - you would see them doing street walking walking for life, supporting sports events etc all na stealing, they continue with seminars and training, then they call NTA, and steal the money again, where that is not possible which is always possible by the way, they would grant civil servants study leave, these are people that know they don't merit it- but because, they also are benefiting from a crooked system they take advantage of the bait and even go to church to do thanksgiving for this act/sin, and what is the intent? To better themselves along the way, and position themselves for, it would soon be my turn- turn by turn nigeria!! then these directors and politicians would connive and be paying money from the treasury into the accounts of these civil servants - and tell them to withdraw it and return it to the office in cash, so how does efcc trace the final recipient of the money? Now to the emperors - The most common strategy which most governors employ is recruitment, they recruit people into the service as personal assistants and special advisers, you would see between 500- 5000 special assistants - they pay them, 2ce the normal salary and request for the other part to be returned to them in cash - our shame is laughing at us in HD 1 Like |
