Buhari is really working on propaganda.

I differ with you on this. The problem this administration had was that they abandoned the NDE whose mandate was job creation through their different programmes for both graduates and non-graduates. I can authoritatively tell you that those guys were doing great jobs until 2015 when they were sent on relegation by the Buhari government. Since then, no single programme was carried out in all the key areas of the Directorate, even their salaries were not forthcoming regularly.

They are among the few Directorates that live their mandate.

To be honest, if you can go and register in any of their programmes at the Federal Secretariat of any State, (provided you are residing there), you will be carried along.

For the 180,000 for the CBN anchor borrowing, the number will be far lower since on their part the CBN cannot take all that. I am not a staff there but I know much about them.
