A judge has no obligation to "do" anything to save a devious criminal from justice. The only responsibility he has is to see that justice is carried out to the full.

However, the Bible says that mercy rejoices over judgment. In other words God is rich in mercy and offers us a complete trial dismissal, upon our repentance and faith in Jesus.

who created hell in the first place??. how is God trying to save us from something he created and predicted our destiny to either enter it or not?? or is hell out of control? if he really wants to save us all he should destroy hell!.

What should a good judge do to a convicted criminal who is to be sentenced, set him free? Prisons are built for a purpose.

a judge has no control over the criminals behavior,he doesnt have knowledge on that are you saying God has no control over humans behavior?.

If God wanted to control your behaviour He would have made you a robot, hence He created you a free moral agent having responsibilities for your own choices. He has set the Moral Law in motion and if you break it you will only have yourself to blame as you are responsible for your own actions and choices.
