From what you say, you claim Mr Spell is a drunkard. But I cannot confirm that, but I can tell you that he does have some intellectual disability and there is no rehabilitation for that at this age.

Now while I found the first video they made of him to be denigrating and to the amusement of his handlers, I was happy that he got something out of it, with his new found popularity and "celebrity" status.
