Asset Management Company-implication For Bank Stocks? by Nobody: 10:31pm On Jul 25, 2010
Hi house,

am throwing this up for general discussion. We are all aware President Goodluck has just signed the amcon bill to mop up stressed bank toxic assets.
This then throws up some great opportunities for investors, can we share ideas on implication of this move on investing in bank stocks? what bank stocks are best to buy now? any insider information on a bank doing well?

IMO Asset Management Company would increase valatility for the banks which in turn would means the banks would make more money.

For the rescued banks i don't see any future in their stocks because once sold the stock would be seriously diluted and there would surely be share reconstruction since there would be too many unit shares outstanding
