Buhari setting up another crew just in case. Seems Buhari didn't learn from bokoharam. You can set them up but you can't control them forever.

All these activities of terrorism is all about Crude Oil of Niger Delta.

If we divide the country today, nearly all terrorists would back down cos no more Oil to fight for.
