There were so many comments over the match between South Africa and Nigeria played on the 17th of November 2018 at the FNB stadium in South Africa. While majority of people are blaming the Referee for cancelling the two goals scored by Super Eagles to offsides, a DELTAN, Oke Uje, has expressed his opinion saying that it is the Stinginess of Delta State Governor Ifeanyi Okowa that is behind the cancellation.
