Forget about the national assembly...
If the president of nigeria wants the constitution amended, he will get it done....
Apathy from the executive is the bane of restructuring not any opposition from the legislative....
I like his ideas....
Let's dismantle that thing called executive list and transfer so many items to concurrent list....
States who wants to move forward should be allowed to do so...

I would like to point out LG autonomy is already before the state houses of assembly. They are the ones stalling the resolution of the issue. Alot of individual Amendments for these issue.



Approved LG autonomy: Benue, Plateau, Niger, Bauchi, Sokoto, Bayelsa, Cross Rivers, Kwara and Ogun

Voted Against LG autonomy: Edo, Rivers and Imo
